"Your Excellency former president and chairman of the national governance and reconciliation committee, Ali Mahdi Mohamed honorable delegate of the national reconciliation congress

"We are very happy to be here with some members of the international advisory committee. Our visit today is an indication of our continued support for the national reconciliation congress. Like the previous IAC delegate before us we are extremely pleased to be among you and we wish you all our best in your efforts in promoting peace and reconciliation in Somalia. We will continue to support you and delegations from the IAC will continue to visit you regularly until the conclusion of this congress.

"We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the participants of this important event and to pay warm tribute to Chairman Ali Mahdi Mohamed and the NGRC for their hard work and commitment for organizing the congress and maintaining its momentum.
